1. 兩吋正面相片 2張
2. 申請表一份 (以英文填寫)
3. 有效期半年以上之護照正本及影本 各一份
4. 需提出以下一項證明:

* 外貿協會推薦函正本
* 墨西哥商務辦事處(商務組)推薦函
* 公司再執政明正本及墨西哥客影本各一份邀請函
* 檢附前次簽證影本

注意事項:
1. 簽證費用依每月出匯率調整
2. 申請人須親自前往面談
