Fast-Track 佈景升級

一早醒來就看到Robbin兄提醒佈景有問題，其實偷懶了很久…既然有人說話了，就來改改吧~

在WP Themes.Info看到我用的theme, Fast Track有了2.0版，這次把page.php獨立出來了，也修正了些小問題。終於firefox下底色正常顯示了，footer也出來了，一次解決了所有問題~
